Greek Lamb Pizza

A greek lamb pizza, with mozzarella and creamy feta.

Ingredients

Method

  • Spread Perfect Italiano Mozzarella around pizza base, with more at the outer edges than the centre.
  • Place diced roasted lamb evenly around the pizza and follow with crumbled Mainland Feta Cubes and kalamata olives. Add a layer of caramelised onions which will protect the lamb from overcooking.
  • When cooked, drizzle tzatziki dip over the pizza and garnish with chopped rosemary. Serve with lemon wedges for drizzling over.
