Lamb Laham Bajine Pizza

Lamb Laham Bajine Pizza served on a plate
Ingredients
  • 1 pizza base

  • 60 g sugo sauce

  • 1 Handful of parsley, chopped

  • 120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded

  • 1 Laham Bajine Lamb Mixture

  • 160 g lamb mince

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 3 g sumac

  • 1 g paprika

  • 3 g mixed spice

Method
  1. In a bowl combine the Laham Bajine mixture ingredients and allow to rest for 20 minutes before using.

  2. Spread the sugo sauce over the pizza base.

  3. Evenly top with chopped parsley and 1/3 of the Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded.

  4. Evenly spread the Laham Bajine mixture over the base, top with remaining Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded and then place in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted and base is crispy.
