Salami and Fennel Pizza

A classic flavour combination for your pizza menu



  • Spread the sugo sauce over the pizza base
  • Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
  • Spread out salami slices and 2/3 shaved fennel then place into an oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and base is crispy.
  • Place remaining shaved fennel in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, fennel fronds, salt and pepper. Toss to combine and garnish pizza once cooked.
