Prawn and Chorizo Pizza

An interesting pizza option combining seafood and meat, one to add to your pizza menu.


  • 170g pizza dough, rolled and ready 
  • 1/5 bunch parsley, sliced 
  • 50g Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese 
  • 12 prawns, halved lengthways 
  • 1 Spanish chorizo sausage 
  • 12 jalapeno pepper slices 
  • 40ml smoked chipotle sauce 
  • Salt and pepper


  • Roll out dough ball. Spread on tomato base sauce. Evenly sprinkle on salt and pepper, parsley and Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese. Place prawns on evenly.
  • Tear chorizo into 12 pieces and arrange with the jalapeno on pizza. Cook at 269°C for 4.48 minutes.
  • Once cooked, squeeze on chipotle sauce and serve.
