Roll out dough ball and spread with tomato base sauce. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and Perfect Italiano Mozzarella then place in oven for 5 min at 265°C.
While base is cooking, coat crab in spiced flour and fry. Place kimchi in middle of oven to warm.
When base is cooked, arrange kimchi on top. Cut crab in half and arrange on slices, sprinkle on coriander and spring onion. Finish with a generous amount of mayonnaise.
