Thai Prawn and Calamari Pizza

Thai flavoured seafood pizza recipe using prawn and calamari.


  • 170g pizza dough, rolled and ready (infused with 60g Perfect Italiano Parmesan cheese, 20g chopped coriander)
  • 50g Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese 
  • 60g green prawn meat (cook with olive oil and garlic)
  • 60g calamari (cook with olive oil and garlic)
  • 125ml sweet chili sauce
  • 50g red onion (sliced)
  • 60g red capsicum (marinated) 
  • 15g Japanese breadcrumbs
  • 50ml coriander & lime aioli (olive oil, egg yolks, garlic, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, coriander & lime juice)
  • 1 lime, cut into 2 cheeks
  • Coriander to garnish


  • Infuse Perfect Italiano Parmesan and coriander through pizza dough, roll onto tray.
  • Spread pizza base with sweet chili sauce, leaving 1.5cm edge free of sauce, then spread with Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus Shredded Cheese. Distribute prawns and calamari evenly over pizza, then arrange red onion and capsicum. Scatter with Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese.
  • Bake in conveyor oven at 245°C for six minutes. Once cooked, dollop aioli on top and sprinkle coriander leaves. Add wedge of lemon to each slice.
