60g marinated Fremantle sardines (use sardines that have been marinated in olive oil and herbs such as native lemon myrtle)
salt and cracked black pepper
1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Spread traditional tomato pizza sauce over base and top with Perfect Italiano Mozzarella. Place a layer of sliced tomato on the cheese. Squeeze the liquid from the sardines and place them at even intervals around the pizza.
When cooked, season with salt and cracked black pepper. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with lemon wedges.
