Beetroot Pizza

A quick and easy vegetarian pizza option for your menu.


  • 170g pizza dough, rolled and ready 
  • 1/4 cup tomato base sauce 
  • 1/5 bunch oregano 
  • 2 boiled sliced beetroot 
  • 50g Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese 
  • 30g rocket 
  • 30g sliced toasted almond 
  • 50g goat’s feta cheese 
  • Salt and pepper


  • Roll out pizza dough. Spread sauce on evenly.
  • Sprinkle base with salt and pepper, oregano and Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese. Arrange sliced beetroot on pizza.
  • Cook at 269°C for 4.48 minutes.
  • Once cooked, mix rocket, almonds and goat’s feta cheese in a bowl with a sprinkle of salt and olive oil. Place on pizza and serve.
